The Meat
All meat will be provided by 'Smoke Wars Yeppoon' and is included in the Registration/Entry Fee. All competitors will be handed the same types and quality of meats. There will be 6 categories of cooking during the competition and an overall Grand Champion from 5 categories added together.
The BBQ
All cooking must be completed with solid fuels only. E.g., No gas or pellet smokers may be used.
