The Smoke War
Teams compete in producing the best they can with their smokers using solid fuel (no gas or pellet smokers) and meat supplied by the competition. They have 6 categories of cooking, with an overall Grand Champion named at the end of the day.
Vendors
There will be other businesses who want to be part of the BBQ action.
Entertainment
There will be live entertainment, visitor competitions and raffles, free rides and face painting for the kids.
Relaxation
When you have BBQ's running, you also need to have some great food and drinks as well.
There will be a licenced bar running to help those discussions on the best way to cook meat !
Raffles
Just because you haven't entered the competition, doesn't mean you don't get a chance to win !
There will be raffles running through the day, with a multi-draw major prize raffle to be drawn.
